Behind every procedure there is a family with plans and a change of life. These are some of the people we have accompanied.
They left France with their two daughters to start a new life in Yucatán. Friends recommended us, and we walked with them through their whole immigration process: temporary residency, and residency for the rest of the family through family unity.
«Un service juridique efficace et humain.»
Legal support that's efficient and human.

Some friends recommended Edéen, from Migración Riviera Maya, because their own immigration had gone really, really well.
It's so important that the whole family is in Mexico legally, for us and for our project, but above all for our kids.
What I value most about Edéen is the human side, her human touch, because I know she does it from the heart. And when she supports someone, a family, especially a family, you can feel how much it truly matters to her.
We're not just another file, we're not a case number. There's a real human dimension.
Working with a legal team this efficient and this human takes away so much of the stress that immigrating to any country can bring.
This firm is exemplary in its professionalism. Every promise is kept, even when the administration makes things difficult for us. Edéen and Lolita are incredibly available and their responsiveness is exemplary. I warmly recommend them.
This law firm is the best! If you are an English speaker moving to Mexico, I believe there is a universal question of "who can I trust"? When it comes to your immigration matters the answer is Edéen and her team at Migracion Riviera Maya. I have used their services twice. The first time to get my Mexican permanent resident visa, and most recently to get a replacement Visa card when I lost mine. In both cases I was under a lot of pressure because of a need to get this done as quickly as possible. Edéen knows the ins and outs of the Mexican immigration system and will work to get you the fastest results possible. There is no need to do it yourself and deal with the frustration of language barriers, multiple failed trips to and from the immigration office and trying to deal with a bureaucracy you don't understand. When you deal with Edéen's office she'll help you understand exactly what paperwork is needed. She makes the appointments with immigration and will be there with you at the appointment to make sure things go right. It's a door-to-door concierge service and I can't recommend Migracion Riviera Maya highly enough.
From the very first moment of my process to obtain temporary residency in Mexico I felt accompanied, supported and, above all, they never left me on my own. They were always there, available to answer every question, explain each step and find the best way forward. Beyond their great professionalism and experience, what impressed me most was the human side: I never had the feeling of being just another client or another file. They walked me through it step by step with patience, attention and availability throughout the process, until the day I finally walked out of Immigration with my resident card in my hand. 🇲🇽 I can say without hesitation that it is the best law firm I have had the chance to work with. Special thanks to Edéen, Lolita and their whole team for never letting go of me and for making this result possible. I recommend them without any doubt. Professional, reliable, competent and always present. Truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.
We want to thank the lawyer Edéen Martínez from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent work she did with our residency application. Both my girlfriend and I had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much, Edéen, for making this process so calm and so successful!
Migracion Riviera Maya guided me expertly through my Mexican citizenship process, handling every step with precision and support. Their team made sure everything got done right!

My wife and I are looking into the possibility of becoming Residents in Mexico. One day in Playa del Carmen we saw an immigration procedures office. Migración Riviera Maya. From our very first visit, the lawyer Edéen Martínez and her team have shown themselves to be excellent experts in immigration programmes and very Professional. We are very grateful and glad to have chosen Migración Riviera Maya as our representatives before the immigration authority.
I recommend them: everything on time and professional. The documents were prepared without needing a single correction. The help before the appointment was clear and precise. Permanent residency in my pocket.
Thanks for everything! Fourth year with their support — zero headaches, efficient, nothing to add: I recommend them.
